1984 - Favorite Films

 I've always been rather wishy-washy on The Terminator as a horror film, though I can see plenty going to bat for it as one. I decided not to include in this list as it would be near or right at the top of my All Time Favorite Science Fiction list. This year has a few I still haven't seen as of yet -- Crimes of Passion, Scream for Help, Wild Beasts, Silent Madness, Strangler vs. Strangler, etc. -- while I couldn't quite include Combat Shock as it is more of a bleak melodrama or Body Double which is a Hitchcockian thriller. Again, opinions will always vary in regards to horror. The definition of the genre seems quite broad, so I sort of go by my own personal opinion.
