So Tywin Lannister is right there and Arya is unable to capitalize on it. Tywin fails to realize exactly who this girl is in his presence, pouring his wine. Once Tywin decides to leave--with us believing at the time he'd be onward towards Robb Stark again, later turning up at King's Landing with the Tyrells, thanks to Littlefinger's persuasive manuevers--Arya's window closes. In The Princess of Winterfell, she seeks out and cannot locate Jaqen, hoping to use her "death wish" on Tywin. Instead she later finds Jaqen and requests him as the final death, his urging her to take it back serving as the means for Arya and her mates, Hot Pie and Gendry, to escape Harrenhal in one piece. In Valar Morghulis, Jaqen offers Arya the opportunity to follow him to Braavos, with the chance to learn their magic, perhaps even to alter her face. She must reconnect with her lost family, honored and even considering it momentarily but nonetheless determined to forge ahead. Tom Wlhaschiha is no longer the face of Jaqen, a new transformation taking place. A coin left in her possession, with Valar Morghulis on it by Jaqen to keep for potential later importance.

Many of my family have passed since (for instance, my mother's siblings are all about gone except one last sister), and it wouldn't be right to avoid a marathon during the 4th if just for nostalgic reasons. Syfy didn't see the value of TZ on Independence Day, except last year, so even though I cannot watch episodes like I do during New Year's Eve and Day, it is nice to try and sneak in a block of episodes whenever possible. I started with Death Ship from the fourth season, continuing with Stopover in a Quiet Town and The Gift . To Serve Man would feel like a later afternoon watch but SYFY showed it at 3:...
