Dark Fantasies (2011)

Carrie (Isabella Sky) recruits classmates Megan and Kyle (Reena Sky and Rocco Reed) to participate in their professor's "dream experiments" where you can actually have sex with each other free from the actual physicality, allowed to experience pleasure within a make-believe world where boundaries are absent. Professor Max (Jack Lawrence) actually uses his creation to seduce his female students and manipulate them through cunning means, even causing disruption between Kyle and his lover, Amber (Melessia Hayden). Max uses Carrie, who voluntarily becomes his lover, to bring him fresh female subjects to fulfill his personal desires sexually. Will Max's antics go unpunished or will Carrie see him for what he really is and stop this madness before it truly gets out of hand? This is one of those erotic Cinemax softcore offerings which uses the idea of allowing people to experience sexual encounters within a dreamlike state, but basically just lets male porn stud Jack Lawrence a chance to bed the entire young cast of females. There is a nice threesome (although, I was hoping Rocco Reed would stay out of it as long as possible) where Isabella Sky and Reena Sky get hot and heavy, embracing each other in lesbian lovemaking because anything is possible inside a dream world where there are no restrictions and you can let your inhibitions run wild. Jack's hottest scene is with a scorned Melessia Hayden whose Amber is enraged with Kyle after discovering he participated in the imaginary threesome; Amber, really heated, allows her rage to incite a passionate sexual encounter with Max. Max, truth be told, started this rift by getting word to Amber just so he could bed her in his dream world. Again, "Dark Fantasies" has just enough story to connect the many sex scenes, including two between Jack and Isabella. This film's female cast is quite young and yummy—they all look to be just about 19/20 years of age. Jack looks like he's nearing 40, which might actually either give you the creeps or charge your battery, as he convinces the trio of girls to give their bodies to him.

This was from a review I made in 2011. Dark Fantasies has a plot that is using sci-fi to set up multiple sex scenes. Jack Lawrence (sure Rocco gets a bone or two thrown his way) is the man with all the naked female flesh attained while using his machine. He influences drama and capitalizes on the freedom within the machine to land conquests with his female test subjects. Ultimately, he is taken down by them when abusing the use of his machine. 

You may notice that I got the synopsis wrong, regarding the actresses, with Melissa actually involved with the threesome while Reena was the actual lover of Rocco Reed. Oh, well.

The plot may be “let’s use another virtual erotic machine to produce sex between willing individuals” but the girls involved are very excitable in performance and Jack looks like a million bucks thanks to them. I love me some Reena Sky. Her body is elastic and her legs stretch in all directions. And she is quite alive and overjoyed when in the throes of passion. Isabella Sky seems mildly thrilled during one sex scene with Lawrence, but her sexy body is more compelling than her performance. Her work with Melissa Jacobs (who is another actress showing lots of joy when sexually active) is perhaps a highlight, but Rocco is involved so their lesbian time together is cut short. Still, I like a performance to evoke something besides “going through the motions” and for the most part, the girls here get that right.
